The Nuclear Society of Kazakhstan participated in the online forum "Kazakhstan in nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation," organized by the Association's partners: the International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) together with the departments of international relations of ENU and Jean Monnet European Diplomacy.
The keynote speaker of the forum, Dastan Yeleukenov – Candidate of Ph.-Math. Sciences, Director of the International Security Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Advisor to the Director of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The issues raised in the forum broadened the audience's knowledge of the Multilateral nuclear disarmament verification capacity building project. The question-and-answer session continued for an hour, thanks to the active interest of the audience.
