Director of the Department of Regulatory Support and International Scientific and Technical Programs of the Ministry of Science - Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the Administration of the «NAC «Kazatomprom» JSC, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Director of the Institute of High Technologies. His whole life is a vivid example of serving the motherland, loyalty and dedication to the chosen ideals.
By his example, he taught people to be not indifferent, sensitive to other people's problems and joys, disciplined in work, persistent in achieving goals.
We will forever remember his indefatigable vital energy, love of life, high spiritual and ethical qualities. The bright memory of him will remain in our hearts, and his name - in the history of the development of our country.
