On 26-30 March, 2018, in Almaty, CAESC in cooperation with URS Federal Services, Inc. conducted “Guard Force Assessment” training course for the representatives on the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The goal - to improve the skills of the guard and response forces.
Instructors from the United States delivered presentations on the subject of the course, basic principles, components and stages of the assessment, demonstrated various methods of data collection and document analysis. Considered issues of the guard force functions assessment, elements of interaction and communication, the procedure for assessing and writing reports.
During practical exercises, participants were acquainted with various behavior scenarios of the guard forces during routine procedures, actions of the sentry in case of detection of adversaries at the pedestrian and vehicle entry checkpoints, and actions of the CAS and SAS operator in case of the alarm detection, as well as in emergency cases.
