Dear women of the nuclear industry!

The Russian branch of the international organization "Women of the Nuclear Industry" (WiN Russia) together with the national branch of WiN Kazakhstan are launching a mentoring project "Professional Step into the Future", which will include active webinars aimed at increasing motivation to choose a professional activity in the nuclear industry.

The project consists of two directions:

"Secrets of Professional Development".

Direction coordinator - Irina Kupriyanova (WiN Russia).
Target audience - students, bachelors, masters, graduate students, young scientists and specialists of the nuclear industry.

"Where to go to study and work."

Direction coordinator - Inesh Kenzhina (WiN Kazakhstan).
Target audience - high school and first year students.

In these areas, it is planned to hold a number of separate and general webinars with the involvement of leading experts of the nuclear industry, at which topical issues related to the choice of a profession in the nuclear industry, methods of professional development and other pressing topics will be discussed.

On February 27 at 11.00 (Moscow time) the first online meeting will take place in the direction "Where to go to study and work" - "Where to start your way in science and nuclear energy?"

Speaker - Inesh Kenzhina, specialist in scientometrics and teaching resources at Clarivate, research scientist in the field of materials for nuclear and fusion reactors (PhD), total experience in science - 9 years.
